Edge,
That may be the biggest cop out I've ever seen. You lining up a putt for Tiger would be like me lining up a shot for Jack O'Conner and his trusty 270. Or like me telling Elmer Keith where to hold on a mule deer at 600 yds with a 4 inch .44 mag and a 30 mile an hour crosswind. It's OK if you are missing teeth, going bald or have a goiter the size of a softball on your neck. Really....we're all friends here.
Has that Jersey air, with it's noxious, toxic character melted your skin? You're probably embarrassed because we'll recognize you from the latest flyer from Home Depot selling PVC pipe right? Don't sweat it...it's fine...just fine. Common man...step up to the plate. We know you have digital camera skills...
Maybe I'll just have to pay Dave d. to stalk you...he lives down there....hope it doesn't come to that.
OK...how about you and one of your deer heads....or sheds?

:DTo Tar12: I would agree that you have a fine looking family posted but I just wonder where is the guy's photo behind the camera. I know they get their good looks from their mother but that is no reason not to post your photo. At least I have an excuse, I have no camera skills yet. I did buy one from Circuit City for 50% off so one of these days I will do some camera postings. I wanted to post this with the smiley faces but I forgot to do it originally. ;D I was able to do that under the modified posting. ;D

Hi: I'm a PA based outdoor writer and just joined. With limited time, I'll jump in and out of here when time permits. Wanted to hear more and more about inlines. So far I've taken 4 whitetails with a .45 cal pro hunter and have recently purchased a .50 cal Traditions Pursuit Pro. I'm really getting hooked on inlines! I might need some help on how to post photos and maybe an icon. In the meantime, a friendly hi to everyone and. Have a great day! Dave

Welcome Davewolf, Outdoor writer? I tried that a time or two and found it much easier to come indoors out of the rain and the wind blowing paper all over the place.

I see some pretty ugly mugs posted here with some really attractive wives, girlfriends and family. What is up with that?? Here is a recent pic of me and my wife spending quality time with each other. Well, just kidding there of course. Here is a picture of my wife and two boys while visiting the Big Apple. My youngest daughter and I on her graduation day from James Madison University. She now serves as a missionary in a country called Namibia which is located northwest of South Africa. Another of my oldest daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Another of my wife waiting obediently for her next command from her master. [And finally a very nice buck taken three years ago with the Savage 10ML Glory be to the living God who has blessed a wretch like me with such beautiful and wonderful family. They are all truly gifts and I treasure them above all earthly things. Doug

Redclub, tell us more. Did you sneak in for the picture or is this your own canine companion? Is it a hunter or field trial dog, or both? Did you train him?

Doug Edwards,
You really should look into international travel with primers and bulk power. I would think you would need to check on a daughter over there. Namibia is supposed be a pretty good safari destination. I would love too read of your adventures:)

Doug Edwards, You really should look into international travel with primers and bulk power. I would think you would need to check on a daughter over there. Namibia is supposed be a pretty good safari destination. I would love too read of your adventures:) I would love to be able to visit there. However my young daughter is getting a strong dose of the reality of poverty and starvation. She teaches very young children who might walk three to four miles to school unattended as young as four years old. She witnesses the death of the children to disease and disaster. Parents don't value their children in this part of the world like we do. If they lose a child they know another will come. Anyone who can wake up and take a shower with clean water is a very blessed person. We take so many things for granted here in the United States because we have had it so good for so long. My prayer is that our people will realize that God has blessed us beyond measure and be completely humble and thankful for it. I have friends who have traveled to the Ukraine to adopt children and they both have told me that they actually kissed the ground when they got off the plane in the US. Doug

Never been to Namibia. Have been to Kenya. Kind of have seen poverty first hand. The kind of povety that causes a knock down drag out fight over what we were throwing out. You are right about the blessings of living in America.

This is me last Sunday morning in South Florida. I shot this boar hog with my bow. It weighed about 120 lbs. The lease where I was hunting is bow only, no guns. I think I'm better looking than the hog but thats debatable. ;D Mike

Well, noticed I had two posts on the new board, which means I really don't post that much, but I do read a lot of what is posted here. I was looking for pics of me (had some on the old board) and found these hosted on photobucket. Spring 2009 archery turkey: The only pheasant hunt of fall 2008: The bigger of the two archery bucks from fall 2008: No sense in taking pictures of just me! ;D
