I talked with Bob Parker to see what he thought about his 200grainer smokeless. He told me that he would take the hydraulic fluid out for people that want to shoot them that way. I was explaining to him the very few choices there were for sml application in the .40 cal bullet . And wanted to see how his 200grainer ranked. He uses mmp sabots exclusively before I told him about the blue harvester that everyone uses .45. Anyway he has a 300 gn match hunter with a bc .420 that should be ready in a couple of weeks for distribution. I told him that on Doug's that most bullets that weigh 300gns work well smokeless and IMO and most that post is an ideal weight for the .50 One other thing he mentioned was that he came up with a method for sabotless shooting his matchhunters using bullet only no wad. He said to check his blog off of his site.

Too bad they do not make the Ballistic Extreme in .400. I have shot their .451ish 275gr Ballistic Extremes in my .50 and .54 sub guns and they are very accurate.
