Thanks Fishhawk for the stock sanding tips, I had it almost done before it arrived back from McGowen. I just need to inlett where the bolt screw goes so I do not have to take the barreled action off to remove the bolt and slap some clearcoat on where I sanded. Leupold bases and rings Bushnell Elite 3200 4-12x40 DOA 600

The barrel looks better naked IMO. There's going to be some very nice looking killers in the woods next hunting season.DEER BEWARE...!!! Your almost done with her Omega ,she might even want you to change your screen name,lol. Nice gun !!! Waiting..... Greenhorn

I just weighed the gun tonight minus the bipod. Weighs in right around 10lbs. Just a little lighter then Hillbill's little porker since his was 10lb without bases, rings and scope. ;D
Greenhorn, It ain't totally neked, it's engraved once in line with the serial # on the barrel.
