Has anyone had problems with SMI?I sent them a Money order on 04/08/2012 for a new barrel,which Dan said he had in stock andhe said he put it on the truck on the 13th .I have not recieved it.No one is answering the phones at the shop or the office,so I can not get any tracking #s to start a trace.I also sent a e mail on the 7th asking for new 45 cal loads and this has also been ignored. Thanks

If they have a weak point it is communication. In my experience they were not timely in responding to emails and the only way I got them on the phone was catching them in the shop, never the office.
I wouldn't panic and would keep calling the shop. Eventually you'll get them.

I got to talk to Dan yesterday evening .He said that a storm had caused the electricity to be out at there shop yesterday.I will be getting the tracking # from him today and maybe find out where my barrel & action at

We have it straightened out,Dan seems to be a really good guy. I just hope it gets here while the temps are fairly cool.
