Alright i just finished this up today after 3 months of waiting on parts. It is built on a Savage model 11 with a .45 cal 28" Pac nor barrel, the stock is a Choate ultimate sniper stock and the scope is a old cheap thing i had laying around. One problem i am having is finding powder. I cant find any at the local shops of the 4198, N110 or N120. Is there anything else ( single powder preferbly) that you guys are useing. Thanks again for all the info because without you this would not have been possible for me.

Sniper, I've had very good luck with Alliant 10x. High velocities with relatively lower pressures. Check out RB's traces under the tips and hints section. I know they are for the .50 cal. but you can see the pressure trends in conparison to the other powders. Good Shooting!

Ok so i took it out today to see how it would shoot. Let me just start out by saying smokeless muzzleloading is awesome. I called all the gun shops and local stores today and luckly found some 4198 so the powder problem was solved. Thanks for all the other sugestions you guys gave me. So i loaded up some of it at 60, 61, 62, and 63 grains. I used up my 60 grain load to get on paper so i do not have a picture of it. I shot the first 2 loads of the 61grain before i brought out the chrony. The last one clocked in at 2680. The 62grain cronoed at 2773-2736-2734. 63grains shot 2756-2769-2766-2761-2759. I think the 63 grain shot pretty good. 5 shot group was 1.3 and 3 was at .6 I was useing the 200g SST and Harvester light blue sabots. Not sure how much it weighs but i will weigh it and let you know.
