He bedded it, installed third pilar. Got 100 ea 200 gr XTPs, Got 150 Harv smooth blue sabots :)Pre-measured 54 to 60 gr loads of H 4198 Came to the the hunt club Going to shoot all week Just listened to the weather and 15 to 35 MPH winds for the next 5 to 7 days What to do? Rusty

Rusty............this is where a few wind flags help. Benchrest shooters are capable of putting together some very small groups by watching their wind flags (the ones with the daisey wheels propellers, vanes and tails. The trick is, to pull the trigger every time the flags are doing the same thing. OR, just wait them out until they pretty much stop doing anything ;D Richard

OR, just wait them out until they pretty much stop doing anything ;D Richard I am a 166 miles from home and a 100 miles for any place I could possible find any wind flags I will have some in the future but this week I wonder if shooting at say 50 yrds and discounting any load that shoots bigger than one raged hole would be practical? Hate to Pi@# away the whole week.

If it was me, the hell with the wind, I have a new cannon and I want to bang away, Small groups will come later......have fun, isn't that what its all about.
