I know the the fed 209A primers are physically larger the the win 209 because the fed 209A will not fit in my BP. Could some with calipers mic the different 209s? Thanks Rusty

Rusty, if you've shot it recently there will be a carbon build up on the sides of the primer pocket. Clean it with a drill bit or a small screwdriver blade and the federal should fit. I just made some new breech plugs and the w209s fit in about 0.030" further than the 209a's.

As many of us already have done, the first thing I do to a new breech plug is run a size "C" drill bit in and out few times. I also shoot only Fed209A and they are too tight in some breech plugs.
Size "C" = 0.2420"
