Was just the Savage Arms site and they had a 10ML-ll starter kit and in it was a tube of choke lube is that for the BP or the vent liner or both? So would choke lube be better to use than tape or anti seize?

Used on both plug and liner.
Basically it is a matter of choice.
I like anti seize. It works for me. Others like tephlon tape. It works for them. Choke lube is not very much different than anti seize. Some like a stick of anti seize and I like the messy, greasy kind. Some will tell you only nickel base anti seize should be used and others copper. Some oldtimers may still have some lead plate laying about. Some guys use Remington oil with tephlon. RB posted once he used neither, he took the plug and liner out after every range session and cleaned and oiled it.
Strickly personal preference with no clear cut right or wrong.
