I just removed my first 700 ML bbl. and it was a bit more difficult than a 700 cf. You will need a bbl. vice and action wrench, I even had to heat the action on mine. It looked like it had some kind of thread sealer or loctite on it. I also noticed the bbl. is set back about an inch deeper than a cf versionand has that many more threads. Maybe that is why it was harder to remove it.

I made aluminum V blocks that I can use in a vice for the barrel. I also bent a piece of 1/8" aluminum to fit around the loading port that I can use a pipe wrench or large adjustable on without scarring the action. Propane torch heat helps too.

If you are going to make vice blocks to hold the barrel. Do not use regular pine 2x4 as mine kept splitting when I did. I then found laying in the garage was a flat belt probably from an old washer or dryer. I cut it and then wrapped the barrel with it. Then placed the barrel with the rubber belt around it in the vice.
I then protected the actions with some card board(not corrugated) but thin solid stuff. I put a large adjustable wrench around the cardboard on the action and with a few sharp jerks it came off.
No damage to the action or the barrel.
