Can anything be done to the trigger on a Mossberg 695. The one I have in my hands right now has a horrible trigger. Had to have been over 15lbs pull when I first looked at it but have got it down to about 7lbs just by giving the stock a little clearance for the trigger housing. It also has a least 3/16 of a inch creep before the trigger tightens up. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks DC

:)don my gumsmith use to get them down to 3 1/2#'s but he had a stroke and no longer does gunsmithing. I heard they had plastic parts in them but I'm not sure that's true. I would call some local gumsmith and see if they will work on it. BTW how does it shoot and what ammo?

I haven't shot it and don't care to. I'll stick to my MZ's I'm to cheap to feed these things. This belongs to a friend of mine and he wanted me to take a look at it and see if there was anything that could be done with it.
