I've looked at the tips section and I think I have a pretty good idea but would still appreciate any advice. I've just installed a DD Pacnor .45 on my HB and I'd like to try R7 in it. I understand the load range for H4198 is 56 to 63 grains. What would be the corresponding load range for R7 to get roughly the same velocity? I'm using sabots and 195 to 200 grain bullets. Thanks, Billy

Billy.......two weeks ago I shot 8 gr. of N-110 under 58 gr. of Re-7 with a 200 gr. XTP and got 2850 fps av. If you wanted to go with straight Re-7, I would start at 60 gr. and work up. N-110 is faster than Re-7 and I had a total weight of 66 grains of powder. I have shot this at 10 gr. of N-110 and 60 gr. of Re-7 which put me up in the mid to upper 2900 fps range. So working up to 65 gr of Re-7 by itself would be no problem. That is just my opinion. Richard
