Dear Sir,I see you mentioned that accuracy is better without the use of a sabot. I have a standard 50 cal 10ML11 stainless/laminate thumbhole. I would like to know the choices of sabotless bullets and powder rates. Anyone with extra information on this, please feel free and thank you for giving me your time.

In the stock .50, it really depends on your land to land measurement, the closer to .500 the better. If you have .500, most should work with a bit of knurling, the larger the bore the more knurling required and less potential accuracy.
I have a douglas barrel that is .500 and the .500 thors shoot fantastic. I have shot the hornady .50 FTX but they load a bit easier and would need slight knurling to increase accuracy. You can also look at the .50 hornady XTP and speer gold dot as possible.
onecardchuck killed a buck at close to 200 yards with his .503 stock .50, so it definitely is possible.

IF you can find a bullet(s) to shoot in your .50 cal the same would be true. My early comment was in regards to the .45.
