Lucky young man.
When a bear looses fear of humans enough to attack and has tasted or drawn human blood then the bear/s should be moved to the history books. If not they have no fear of doing it again.

I really do not know what to make of this one... The last open dumps have been closed for 20 years. They were the only place a person could find several big bears together. By their nature mature bears avoid each other. Must have been some party?

The only bear I like or trust is a dead one. What to do with these bear is IMO to put them down as soon as possible. Hunters should take a heavy caliber revolver and use it when needed. I have never been attacked by a bear because I am usually the attacker. Legal? Is it ever illegal to be safe?

I carry a handgun when I hunt, (usually I carry a handgun when I wear clothes) but I don't understand why he didn't start slinging arrows at them as soon as they started to act like they might climb up.
