I have 3 "c" bits all from different Co., they all measure slightly different, please remember that all things are built to a +- spec. If you get a C bit and still find tight pockets locate one of a different supplier and you will have the ability to tailor a primer pocket to the batch of primers you are using at the time.

If your "C" is still tight try polishing with like 600 grit sandpaper to get your final sizing. Get the good silicon carbide (black) and use dry at first then for the final polish use a few drops of oil to get a awesome finish. It seems the carbon doesn't stick to a highly polished surface as bad. I started out with a "B" and then made a sanding roll using a 1/8" bit to use in the Dremel.
