deadeer,
I have always wanted a .357 rifle. I see you have the maximum going well. Does anyone make a .357 Mag rifle other then lever guns? An H&R Handi-rifle would be perfect for me and what I want it for.

Stock Laminate with 3rd pillar, bedded and a load of: 45 gr's of 5744,Rem. 300 Gr. bullets,BCR sabot,CCI Primers. OR 60 gr's N120,300 gr. BO,BCR sabot,CCI Primers. Will see after a few range session's which one works the best although leaning toward the BO load.

I will be using same as I used last year.
Savage thumbhole 50 SS, Sightron, 300 BOs with BCRs over 43gr 4759. Gets me to about 1 inch at 100 I'll just have to shoot a couple of times for practice.
Knight Disc shooting 200gr SSTs over 80gr measured Blackhorn 209. Super light kick even a 5yr old can shoot(and has).

Wilms, The 357 is a blast to shoot. Not as accurate with 357 mags for me, but the H&R guys are reporting good results. Check out Graybeardoutdoors.com, everything you ever wanted to know about the 357 mag-max in a rifle. Have fun.

My friend shot 2 great groups with his Encore this weekend. (see "worthy of mention" on the smokers board. Did it with BH209 and the 325 BH209. He has 150 of them...So guess what..........I am going to try them in the Savage with 68 gr or so of H4198. Going right to 200 yds for the first group. These are .458s and I have a bunch of Harv CR's
Things may be changing if these print real good at range.

Wilms,
Did you mean the 325 ftx? If so, I have shot the heck out of them recently. I was going to use them last year but when it got cold I could not get them down the barrel even with a range rod. I shoot my gun dirty though, so that could make a difference. Both 65 and 70 grains of H4198 shoot lights out for me, as well as the duplex of 5/65 N110-H4198. Right at 2500fps, and awesome accuracy. I thought about keeping the sabots warm in a jean pocket close to skin, but settled on the BO and am very happy I did.
