My Accura had a lot of primer blow by due to a slight gap(maybe 1/32") between the primer and the firing pin when the breech is closed(in other words, the breech plug was a little to deep in the barrel, due to factory tolerances most likely). I was at Lowe's today and found some #4 stainless steel washers that fit down in the primer pocket of the breech plug perfectly and seal the mouth of the primer to the breech plug.. This fixes the slight smoke emanating from the breech on stout loads and almost completely eliminates soot around the breech plug and the spent primer is even still clean! After 10 shots today breech still looks like I just cleaned it.

you can try a #60 O ring as well. They wear out after about 30 to 40 shots but very cheap to replace. I have one in my Accura and CVA Hunterbolt, you can use a drill press and drill down into the primer pocket and adjust the headspace little by little until you have the perfect fit
