Unless you are looking for a Reduced load, I would not use 4198 for the .270Win. My manual does not list 4198 as a suitable powder.
It does list IMR7828 SSC , H1000, and IMR4350 as some good powders for the 130g bullets.

I just finished working up a load for my friend's worn out .270Win. I used Winchester's new 780Supreme powder with a 130 Winchester/Nosler Combined Technology BT bullets and CCI 250 primers. Accuracy was at 3/4". Not too bad compared to his go-to load of IMR4064 (which I feel is also the wrong powder) that shot at 1 3/8" @ 100yds. The 780 Supreme also gets you into the 3100fps area that makes full use of the '06 length case. Stay away from quick burning powders. My buddy's IMR 4064 powder load was only clocking 2650 fps. If that's O.K. with you then you certainly don't need a .270 Win.

As said in above posts. 4198 is for reduced loads in this cal. I've loaded for the 270 for years and all the powders recomended here are good. I will include Reloader 19 and 22,and since i'm on the reply page and can't remember if 4831 was recomended I'll add that one too in either Hodgton or IMR form. Just FYI Jacks prefered load was 60gr H4831 w/130gr bullets.

For the 30-06 case family, I would look at IMR 4895, 4064, 4320, and 4350 -- which seems to be in line with most of the recommendations on this thread.

With the 110 gr (acc-bond or sierra)if you want a speed around 2800 but very accurate try R-22 at 57 grs. If you want to go faster try I4064 at 50.8 grs.3298 fps.with the 110 sierra and acc-bond this load shoots less than an in at 300 yds. May try it on deer myself this year. I shoot 60 grs of R-22 with a 140 acc-bond.I set up a marlin for a fellow and his like 58 grs better. My rem and his marlin shot one in groups at 300 with him shooting the marlin and I shooting the marlin and my rem. The 130's shot just as good with the same load but I just like the 140's better. The 140's averaged 3029 out of my rem. When trying the the 110's with I4350,58.4 grs gave me 1/4 in groups and 3239fps

Here is some .270 win and 4198 data. As mentioned, it is not your best choice but it will suffice in a crunch, or also as mentioned if you want lower velocity reduced recoil loads. www.reloadersnest.com/query_pw.asp?CaliberID=39&Powder=IMR%204198H4350 is just about ideal across the board for that caliber. When you get into the heavier bullets though, slower powders will get you higher velocities. Another powder that is good all the way across the whole range of weights for the .270 is Hodgdon Hybrid 100V. Good luck, I think you did well to get that H4350. It is one of the extreme powders and will be somewhat uniform regardless of the temperature.

I have had excellent luck with RL22 with 130 and 140 grainers for what it's worth.
Exact same load as Herman above. Couldn't get anything else very close to the velocity of this load with any type of accuracy.
