I HAVE JUST BOUGHT 10ML11 THANKS FOR A LOT INFORMATION ON IT. I WAS LOADING IT AT RANGE THE SABOT &BULLET GO DOWN THE BARREL QUITE HARD.THE hand was hurting from pushing ram rod. 300gr xtp mmp sabot black 50cal . I looked on ground there always seems to be empty shot gun cases on the ground there mother must not shoot there with them. I got idea I took 20ga case to push the ram rod down easier I cut the end case so it just butts up bullet against the powder charge causing equal pressure each time. could use 12ga or 16ga case too. Lot easier on palm the hand. denack

The little black short starter that came with my 10MLII has a cup on one side that is a perfect palm saver.

I drilled a hole half way through a solid golf ball and it served as a great palm saver.

Ozark,
Wish I would have thought of that, since I live on a golf course, no shortage of balls.

All I could afford to do was work on a golf course But even then didn't think of it But I have to admit when I load the large tee handle on my range rods is some times not enough. Thats why I take a rubber dead fall to the range with me. Jon

Jon,
Whats a rubber dead fall, hope the answer doesn't show my ignorance.
At the range I have used a rubber mallet.

Bigmoose. Sorry it's a type of rubber mallet I think dead blow is actually the correct name. But I'm happy to see that someone else actually uses a mallet. It is sure easier than the palm of the hand. And lass painful. Jon
