I have a White Muzzloader Bison in .50 cal that is collecting dust in the closet that has never been shot. YES,,Never been shot.
Are they worth anything or command premium prices?
I am looking at possibly getting rid of it and replace it with a Seneca or something small caliber as I have way too many in lines.
I remember one of the selling points on this model was the bolt was on the left side of the receiver. Seems some lefties liked that.

The Bison was the second least expensive gun White made. Only the White Lightning was less. By all accounts the Bison's with that bull barrel are excellent shooters.

Froggy is correct,
the Bison was the second least expensive White made. Very early you could get stock options from Doc however not many were sold. The Bison came in .504 and .540 only and only blued Bull barrel. The most common stock is the Black Pebble painted Wood that makes it look like a composite but is not. All of Whites Composite stocks came with checkering best way to tell them apart. There were a few Bison's that came with a Bell and Carlson stock but very few. I have purchased two .540 Bison's New In Box in the last few years the last one this year. I paid $300 and $325 for the rifles. Hope this gives you a little more to go on.
