The first session at the range ( 50 yrds ) was a feel out, and a successful one. The second session ( 100 yrds. ) turned out the same. my 700 ML converted by Denny performed well in all respects. First of all it did what the conversion was ment to do, eliminate the blowback. The .32 acp primer ignited with a sharp, crisp ignition, with little recoil, compared to other ML I have used. Accuracy was very good considering I only shot basic loads. I swabbed the bore after each shot with both sides of a windexed patch, followed by both sides of a dry one. I shot 14 rounds and accuracy never faltered. After two sessions at the range I never had a flyer. My loads were, Hor. 200 Gr. FTX with MMP short black sabo, pushed by a 120 Gr. of T 7. The second was a Power Belt 245 Gr. pushed by two T 7 Mag. pellets. Both loads were under two inches, and inside a 4 in circle. My sight was an old Bushnell scope. I am sure that tweeking more different loads , and a new scope will produce better croups, even though todays croups are quite adequate. Will follow up with report on the converted BP and vent liner.
