Yesterday was opening day of the firearms season in Indiana and my sons and I were on stand at 6:00 am. It had just gotten to be shooting time when I heard my middle son's 357 maximum crack. Once, reload, twice. A nice 4 pointer down. About an hour later my oldest son's 44 Marlin sounded off and the result was a nice 8 point. My turn didn't come until almost dark and the 45 pacnor dropped a nice doe. Today is deer butchering day and we will be busy processing our deer.
