I might buy a new muzzleloader and it seems the T/C Triumph is a favored model on this forum. I saw a video online as well as some pictures and was wondering about the clearance when cocking the hammer and using a scope - it looks a bit tight. On my NE Arms Ultra Slug shotgun, I had to add an offset hammer extension since it was so close to the scope. Just wondering how much room there is for a scope on the Triumph? Thanks.

I have a Triumph and have no problems with clearance between the scope and cocking device. I have a Omega scope on mine and used mid-rings. I originally thought it might be too tight, but haven't had a problem, even when wearing heavy gloves. For my dollars you can't go wrong with a T/C Triumph!
Have a great day! Dave

The Triumph is the choice on all sights.

My wife just got a new "Bone Collector" and the hammer extension is moveable (left,or right hand). No problems cocking it with a scope on it. Ron
