Anyone have a link or personal info on how to knurl a bullet? Theres a gentleman with a tc and the .500 thor is to loose and the .501 is way to big. Darn tight bored tc's! I'd like to forward him the knurling info and also learn how to do it myself.

Very easy to do with the nicholson 10" double cut bastard. Doesn't take much time or pressure either. I knurled a thor up to .500 above the skirt, can hardly tell it's knurled but calipers now say .500. Go slow and measure often Have you had him try the teflon wrap?

No, I did not have a chance to try the teflon wrap. Watched this video and did it that way. Bullet fits nice and tight and I can load same as my regular load. Works for me cause I really want to try those Thor bullets. I think they will be great on a deer.
