bluedog Ah, they sure work well for me.... They are outstanding bullets.... I have not heard or seen that Nosler would not produce them any longer. You really could be right... Just checked the new Nosler web sight... no partition handgun bullets... .458-300 Basically the same as the .451/300 little thicker copper... .451 - 260

CSR from Nosler told me early in the year they were going to dis-continue the Muzzleloader line of bullets. But they must work well, they sure did a job on that Elk, and it is the Bullet of choice for Jim Shockey who has give a few animals dirt naps.

From what I understood the packaged ML bullets were just .44 and .45 handgun bullets with MMP sabots. If they are dropping the Partition HG line there will be some very upset handgun hunters. I wonder if this will effect the Winchester loadings?
With ammo sales being what they were earlier in the year most of Noslers bullets are "out of stock". If Hornady doesn't get on the stick there may not be many of their hunting bullets on the shelves ether.

Rossman, you are correct, I can see no difference between the packaged ML bullets and their 45cal offering for pistols.
About a year ago, the Shooters Proshop had a blow out on prepackaged ML bullets, like $5 a pack on the 300gr 54cal offering which used the 45cal pistol bullet. Once in a great while, you'll see those Partitions listed as blems, but think on them overnite and they'll be gone the next day. lol
