Knight does it for FREE. I would put it in a padded envelope and mail it to them.

Their service and parts department is still going strong.
But adjusting a Knight trigger is one of the easier triggers to adjust...
I got this off MM... and have used it myself...
To set the trigger pull weight use the forward set. Then to set engagement with the rifle bolt in the fire position and the safety off - turn the rear adjustment until the hammer fires - from that point back the screw out at least a 1/4 turn and see if it will pass the shock tests..
Hope this helps... if i get some time today I might take one of my Knights down and get some pictures to post... but it is a simple job.

I thought Knight was out of business. Not at all.....They just arent making any Muzzleloaders right now. Call and ask for Gordy Edwards. Leave him a message and he will get back with you. He will adjust the trigger and get rid of any creep you might have.

This sight is like Heaven. Ask and ye shall be given. Great information Gentleman. I adjusted my own and you dare not put any pressure on the trigger til the crosshairs are on what you intend to kill. After getting the trigger where you want it. I snitched some of my wifes epoxy finger nail polish.and put on the adjustment screw. Lou
