Guys,
I was going thru some inventory today and stumbled upon something that may be valuable to someone else. Back in about 2008 I was trying to make sabotless work in my .50 cal savage. Had some ups and downs. At one point, I stumbled upon some Barnes bullets that I thought would work. They were advertised by the seller as .50 caliber. When they arrived I realized that they were .510 caliber 325 XTB's. I couldn't use them and stocked them away. Not sure what they can be used in. I have 4 boxes, 20 rounds each box. They have a cavernous hollowpoint like a signature old school Barnes copper bullet. I would love to trade these for something I could use. I am in the market for .458 cal bullets. I have no idea what these 325 XTB's are worth. Maybe $1 a piece?
If anyone is interested in these I would like to sell or trade them for something. Price is up for negotiation. I would trade for 100 .458 bullets of just about any kind. Love the 325 FTX, Hornady 300 HP and others of that same sort of construction.
PM me if these are something you can use. I cannot use them

Do you think if they were annealed they could be sized down to .502”? Curious as to what they were designed to fit.

I have no idea if they would size down. 1/1000th is a lot to squeeze a solid copper bullet down. I know a 50 BMG is .510 and I think .505 Jeffreys is too. I would love for someone to need these and feel like they found the holy grail. I would also love if they had something to trade that I needed. Like previous post, I would just give these away for the cost of shipping. Santa Claus is in town!

I meant to say 8/1000ths is a lot to squeeze a solid copper bullet down.
