This young man continues to make my heart swell with pride! After graduating from Vincennes University with a BA in Law Enforcement he was hired by the Knox County Sheriffs department and after their formsl training he went out on the road patrolling for what was supposed to be a few months before attending the academy...then covid-19 hit and this was delayed several more months...almost a year...but today I would like to announce that he has graduated from the ILEA with honors! It sucked that it had to be a virtual ceremony as I dearly would have liked to have been there by his side! BTW...dad got him a new Berreta A400 Extreme Plus for his graduation gift...he got it last weekend as we hunted the early waterfowl season here...lol

Ever since the 2005 Savage shoot when you came with your engine knocking in that Ford pickup, to all the wrestling championships, I’ve followed you and your son. You’re a good dad! You’ve made the world better than worse.

You’ve made the world better than worse. Thanks for the kind words...that old 79 Ford served me well as my old wood hauler! It had a hard life! After the 2005 shoot I put a fresh 400 long block in it and drove it several more years!

Actually, the best I remember you had a diesel Ford. So, I was kidfing on that.
The “kind” words were well earned!
