I know there has been lots of talk abt not using BH209 in the UML. If i burn a breech plug, I will replace it. I need a 500 yard load for my rifle to cover the corn field I typically hunt. I am thinking I need to be around 2300-2400fps to reach that distance ethically. Anyone have a pet load I can use as a starting point?

Western has tested the RUM and they indicate 160grs by VOLUME as a maximum charge of BH209. Currently I'm shooting the 325gr Fury with 150grs VOLUME charge at +/- 2260.
