Have a Getz 45cal. 1/26 twist 48" long SS otexgon barrel 1.1/8 wide at end never been fired, i dont know what it fits or if you have to build to hte barrel All help will be fine and maybe a price on value Thanks

What you probably have is a barrel for a traditional flintlock or precussion muzzleloader.
Getz barrels are probably one of the best on the market. The barrel you have is probably not stainless steel but a mild carbon steel. To my knowledge, Getz never made a stainless barrel...I could be wrong.
If the barrel is "swamped", larger at one end and tapered to a point near the end and flared back out, it is worth more.
If this is a typical Getz barrel, DO NOT use it for anything but black powder....you may not like the results!
There is a ready market for Getz barrels, as custom flint makers use them.
