Im learning elevation is easy but mother nature is game changer. Good luck FACT. I've been shooting a bunch of rimfire lately at 100 to 300yds in the winter wind. Talk about having to make good reads. You might look at it as a cheap way to train. A 223 with 77gn bullets also mimics SML pretty well.
