PS, by fairly I mean charged criminally. General Petraeus agreed to plead guilty in federal court in Charlotte, North Carolina to a charge of unauthorized removal and retention of classified information. Hillary clearly lied to America and to Congress. There absolutely was top secret documents on her server. She destroyed the evidence but we know that her server was hacked by at least one person so there is a good chance the evidence will show up. She was a lawyer on the Nixon impeachment and knows full well that the destruction was a criminal act. I for one would love to see her in a jumpsuit in Orange and Black stripes but will probably have to settle for a Presidential Pardon...but one can dream edge.

Isn't it just a little strange to anyone in authority out there that the WH should have known about her unauthorized server from day one? They never noticed her email address? Yea, right!!

Was listening to Limbaugh on the way home the other day. One of his callers worked in the IT field. The guy said with the right equipment and know how, you can get whatever was on that server, even if it was wiped clean. My oldest son is in the same field and he also said the same thing. Once it is there, it is always there. I don't really believe the Clintons are that stupid to turn over the actual server she used, more likely it was destroyed with any evidence to incriminate her along with it. But we can always hope.

You are right about questioning if the actual server used was turned over to the FBI. But there are always newer ways to delete data and newer ways to retrieve. I don't claim to have the expertise and knowledge of your friends, but the Air Force and NSA have been using a tool called WipeDrive from WhiteCanyon and "Solutions by Code42 that are capable of triple-pass data sanitization and secure delete capabilities that make it impossible for data recovery through forensics or file system utilities while also complying with government protocols." This software gets the job done. If it were me, I'd come up with a duplicate server, destroy the original and be done with it. I think another question is, what about the servers that her outgoing email/s went to....there's always a copy somewhere, and there's always someone with a life time get out of jail free card

Yea, long before all this the "Digital Godess", Kim Komando was advising her listeners to use WipeDrive prior to disposing of a HD.
I find it hard to believe that NSA didn't do their REAL job and have a copy of every one of her emails. If the WH or DOJ REALLY wanted them, there's a good chance they are available.

We certainly know that "Guccifer" hacked Sidney Blumenthal's email which exposed Hillary's private server. He claimed to have read her memos with CIA briefings, IMO, it is just a matter of time before something good shows up.
My fear is that it will all come out too far before the election to do much good and the Dems will just dump Hillary. In NJ we got Senator Frank Lautenberg after Robert Torricelli pulled out of the race. Even though the ballot deadline had passed the DEMOCRAT NJ Supreme court said that the Dems could just switch names on the ballot even though Frank Lautenberg never ran in the primary!

Love it!! Was that Sarah's idea? Yes, wish she was running for president and Ted Nugent was her running mate.
