Right now I'm looking into what it will take to produce these for sale i.e. permits, license. I do think these will prove out to be worthy of a hunting projectile, if all goes well with more testing and there is enough interest and then getting the correct permits, I'd be willing to purchase equipment and offer these on a custom basis ( build per customer spec.) but I'm sure that won't happen overnight. I will continue to build and test these and keep this thread updated as I progress.

IMO, if you have a design then find a small shop with a sub spindle CNC machine and have them run your design. When sales take off then you can decide if the expense is worth it. We have several of those machines and new they are very expensive.
Yes you could do the facing of the rear end as a secondary operation on a single spindle machine, just not as efficiently.
