I just finished up some pre-fit BRUX barrels for the Savage large shank action. These barrels have all been test fit to my target action and headspace nicely. You will need to re-use your barrel nut.
The Barrels are threaded for the HIS ignition system and will come with 25 priming modules and a breech plug.
The Plug will be pre-installed and you will just need to headspace the barrel to your action and you are ready to go..
Also the barrels are currently 31 inches long and can be cut and crowned at up to 30 1/2 inches, The finished length is up to you. Cutting and crowning is included. I have three contours to choose from. They are all 1.120 straight for 5" then straight taper to 31 inches. Muzzles diameters are 1.0 inch, .900 inch and .800 inch at 31 inches. If you cut and crown the barrel at 26 inches the muzzle diameter will grow just a little.
These barrels are all 45 caliber with a 1-20 twist. If you want I can also cut a drop from the muzzle for making a full form bullet swaging die. I have some 45 caliber sizing dies in stock also.
These barrels will come to you with a non-reflective bead blasted finish, 100% ready to install on your Savage large shank action.
If you are interested in one of these barrels please contact me through PM or you can call or mail me.
Thanks Jeff Hankins.

Yes Jeff I agree that they are. The barrel nut lets you easily set the head spacing. But the stocks and accerssories just aren't as readily available as the Remington actions... That being said...lol I have a MLII PacNor conversion.. a Remington PacNor conversion... and an Encore PacNor conversion. And that being said...I am gathering parts for a Savage centerfire build..... And upon completion of that one I am sure I will just HAVE to HAVE another...lol Good Day drop

Dare I ask what you intend to sell that package for? I am not interested personally (only because I have had enough of the muzz-bug) but curiosity won't let me not ask.
That is the first time I have seen pictures of your modules close enough to get a good feel for them. They look great and I can plainly see why you are getting such great ignition. If I remember correctly you have a recessed powder chamber in your plug as well and if that is the case in "my opinion" you probably do have the best ignition system out there.
From what I have done with my hornet modules so far I have been beyond impressed with LRMP ignition and I actually toyed with the idea of making the modules. Why? Because I want to make the module chamber volume even smaller for even better ignition. Looks like you have that part whooped. Good job and Kudos on what I feel is probably the best of the ignition systems available right now.

My guess would be pretty close to his normal HIS barrel price which is around eight bills.

I have neglected to include the price of these barrels in the post. No matter what the cost is it would be too much for some and too cheap for others.. If you are interested in one of these barrels, pm me and I'll let you know.. It is surprisingly less expensive as most would think.
Jeff Hankins.

The most important reason for not putting the price here is because we SHOULDN'T. The appearance of buying and selling on the open forum is as bad as actually doing it. Even this thread gets close to giving this appearance. However, I do not think it crosses the line. Any talk of buying and selling should be done in emails or PM's....just like Jeff said.
