Needed to try something and I have about 4 pounds of N120 so that’s what I decided to burn up today. Got some groups I can live with and now can work on them. It seems this barrel is loose compared to most Pacnor’s. I don’t see much difference between the light blue and the blue crush rib. Maybe this is because the bore is lose. Any reason not to shoot N120?
Shot some sabotless, I only had about 15 wads but it was interesting 250EZ loaded easy , 250FB loaded hard, had to hammer one of them down but it went right in the group. Will shooting N120 sabotless with 250-275 grain bullet be hard on the vent liner?
Any other thought on tweaking the load? I will shoot some tomorrow without the lead sled.
