I'm going to try sabotless and would eventually like to use the Parkers. My question is, what are the differences in the BE & MH? I'm assuming jacket thickness and core hardness? With whitetails being on the menu, would it make a huge difference of one over the other performance wise on whitetail? I see there is a decent price jump between the two so is the performance worth more $$$?

Main differences is jacket thickness and BC. The BE jacket is .015, making it more susceptable to fragging at high impact speeds. Deer will likely be very dead, but you may find a big hole and lost meat. Not sure what to expect if you impact a big bone on entrance.
The MH step the jacket up to .028 to slow expansion. They also have a much more radiused ogive to increase the BC. The higher BC lets the bullet shoot flatter and retain more energy at longer distances.
To my knowledge there is not difference in the core lead, just standard soft lead.
If you keep a BE in the boiler room and aren't bothered by the potential carnage if you push them fast, it's a great bullet on whitetails, shoots very accurately. If you want to stretch your shots out or simply want a tougher bullet, the MH is the choice, and it also shoots great.

One exception of the MH jacket -- the 270gr have the thinner jacket.
Hopefully you already have one of the others, because they are having trouble getting the thicker jackets to produce their MH bullets.

Did some extensive testing today with270 match hunter e-max 100 200 300 400 yds. And shot my best group of my life at 400 yds vertical spread was 1" and horizontal spread was 2" the emax is a shooter Compared to 327 mh and 270 drop was 3" less than 327 at 400 yds. 500 yds was stopped due to rain All yardage moa was under 1 moa out to 400 yds

Good to know that the short bearing surface works well sabotless. We talked about that at the "challenge". Been thinking about these because I like the terminals of the BE's and the flight characteristics of the MH's. Thanks looks like I'll be sending some more dollars Bob's way.

I've long said, if they bonded the BE and gave it the MH BC, it may be the perfect hunting bullet. Icing on the cake is making it in .458, which is really all I want for Christmas.

They pretty good at .451. I been testing.458 full form alot and can't get same accuracy as smooth form loads. Confusing to me.

I like the terminal ballistics of the BE's also.. Shot a doe yesterday afternoon at about 50 yards in the ribs... Dropped her like a rock and never moved.. Totally destroyed her lungs, you couldn't even tell she had any... Jeff.
