Good shooting. I get 1" groups or just under at 100 yards with the identical load in my APEX.

Nice shooting. Are you "dipping"(volume measure) or weighing your loads? Which ever it is no need to change. Ya done good! 10 ga

Good shooting, that will get er done any day. Have you tried any .452 Hornady SST/FTX to see if they will fit in the bore for sabotless shooting? Not sure about the bore size on the Apex's but I was able to knurl .452 bullets and shoot them sabotless in a CVA Accura V2, and it shot fantastic.

What is land to land dimension of rifling on the cva apex or accura?

I never measured or mic'd to see. I just know knurling the Hornady SST/FTX .452 bullets worked out very well in the Accura I had, a .030 veggie wad under it for insurance and that thing would shoot! Same went for the Winchester Apex .45. That was with BH209 for a charge.
