If you don't mind? What scope are you using? Is this shot from shoulder or a sled type rest? Was the wind calm or did you have to adjust/account for it? One could use tips from shooting groups like this to his advantage.. Thanks Guy

I also did not adjust for no wind.I had a little but not really that much wind. My velocity is around 2670 fps Thanks everyone for the kind words. Dw i give my uncle something to shoot for so he don't get board.lol

12.5 power and 400 yds! I'd like to see your groups with 20-24 power. Hopefully, your avg groups will look like that! You and your rifle are "shooters".

Great shooting Marty! Steve.........you don't need a lot of power to shoot good groups at longer distances..............what you need is the proper size targets so you can see when your cross hair or dot is centered? Richard

Steve.........you don't need a lot of power to shoot good groups at longer distances..............what you need is the proper size targets so you can see when your cross hair or dot is centered? Richard Thanks. I've used 100 yd tgts for all ranges. Obviously not the thing to do. Doing this has , of course, caused me to consider higher powered scopes for 300-400 yd shooting.

Richard correct on the target the one I was aiming at was bigger on the top and the one on bottom smaller I used the one on bottom for 200yards target.when I go to 300-400 I use the one on top it line's up with my cross hair pretty good.when i go to 100 yards i use a smaller target. Still just one group at 400yards allot more testing to be done.
