The beauty of the plastic pipe is it was formed on a slightly smaller than 1" pipe. It is springy and holds tightly. There is a piece of rubber weather strip on the rear of the help with vibration and grip. Should work with a gun also.

Very good and a lot cheaper than a Go Pro. Pretty ingenious mount you have designed. A gun may have more of a jump but should work also. Thanks

I have one I was going to mount with a scope ring turned to the side of the scope. I was going to drill a hole in the bottom of the ring to make the mount for the camera. I like the size and weight of the camera and it will do video too.

I bought a delkus from Insane Archery and it was terrible. Battery compartment is terrible, the micro sd is very fragile, I broke my first simply popping in in and out once. It wouldnt convert to HD televivion, after several field trips it would not film clear and crisp AND Insane Archery would not return multiple calls and emails. Niether has the Cam manufactor..... JUNK....Go with a solid name brand if your into that. Ill get the exact model and report it back, my foggy memory is out of it today.
