Don't know what you shoot in your .223 but a guy I work with and I have nearly identical rifles. I have been proofing a competition load in our guns using 69gr CC since we cannot get 77s right now. Doesn't really matter because his gun is turning in .5-.6MOA and mine has done this a couple times this week: As stated on target cutout the powder is RE15 over CCI BR-4 and OAL is 2.25" so that they feed from P-Mags.

Turns out this is a friend's match load as well. Our guns are 1-8 twist, auto-loaders, set up to be the carbine for Precision 3-gun matches.

I only load for 77s and 80s for Service rifle, and plink/practice with some 55s. Can't help much with the 69s. I load those with ball powder so it will throw in my Dillon.
My 600 yard F class gun is a Savage with a 28" tube. I push 80 Amax's over 24.8 Varget at 2900fps.
