Dave, are you going to use these plugs with smokeless in the stock BP Encore barrels?

Look forward to how well you scratched that itch with forth coming results. And the beat goes on for different ideas. Ed

It came out really nice, it should keep the blow by to a minimum edge.

Thanks Dave for the reply:-)
It looks to me as you have trued the interior of the case head?
I have thought of doing the same thing using a LEE Case Holder in the chuck of the lathe,( the case holder LEE makes to turn the case with there Case length trimmer) then making a truing cut to each Case head, also slightly to the tapered sides as shown in your photo to thin them.
I have thought of doing this for my Roller, The roller action actually gets tighter as the hammer reaches its forward most position. it would tighten up that .002 clearance.

:)guys i did another simple mod to my plug.i was hoping for alittle tighter fit because when i opened the gun the cases would almost fall out.so my first idea was to try and size the case down alittle and that didn't work.so i turned to my bud edge for advice and sure enough the jedi master said why not a oring?thankyou bud it works but i could not get the right size o-ring so i had to make a shim to take up the difference.here is a pic of the temporary fix till i get the right size ring.

:)thanks jim.here is a few pics of fired cases and breechplug.there would have been zero carbon anywhere if one of my cases that was short didn't misfire.i knew i shouldn't have tried it but. my encore is 209 free and blowback free .
