Got to shoot 325FTX with some Imr4198. Took one shot at 64 grains but only got 2157 so I went up to 66gr then 68gr. I got some real nice groups @68 of the lead sled so I thought I would see how I shot off bags. The last group #5 was six shots off bags. Recoil was stout but doable. I have not had any training in shooting and I think it took me 3 shots to get use to shooting off bags instead of the sled. With the 325FTX and 4198 I think I have an affordable and available load I can practice with and work on my shooting skill. Some of the groups were close to cloverleaves. The 325FTX seems to have a large bearing surface and the thin sabot should make for an accurate consistent load. The only downside is the recoil. Savage ML II SS Thumbhole bedded 4-16x Sightron Vent .033, No swabbing, Sabot indexed 2 lands/petal Led sled 25lb, no hold front of stock, I don’t rest on the bottom of the kick pad on the led sled. That's looking like a pretty promising load Tim.

8-)I think you'll be satisfied with a fairly heavy bullet. If the recoil isn't beyond your tolerance (the reason I don't) they offer easy to tune basic loads with range potential.
