DB said theres no need for the 270 anymore. He is liking this smokeless. Lineman called this one in for him and it didnt get to take one step. Barnes 195 60gr H4198 Group as I sighted it in.

Great lookin gun!
Always sweet to shoot a coyote no matter when or where. I would almost rather shoot a coyote than a deer (I did say almost). Keep shootin !

Might have to send a 15 58 load at one this weekend. We going to the gunshop or hunting saturday morning? Hey, I watched the show on TV last night with the FoxPro boys calling wolves in Alaska. I ready to call in a wampus cat, followed by mountain lion, and bigfoot.

A spare 3-9 leupy rifleman scope. Works just fine. His 1978 leupy 3.5-10 took a crap so it had to be sent in before our late doe season. It should be in a glass antique case, but is now back on it.

Aint nothing wrong with those older 1978 3.5 10. Probably one of Leupolds top 10 scopes ever made IMHO.

Good shootin'! Whack all of those deer killers.
How would you rate the Foxpro caller? Do they call coyotes in consistently? Are they worth the high cost?

Lineman and I both have one and they do work good. Mine is a cs24 and im not sure which model his is but its remote too with smaller speakers. I think his sounds a better on certain calls but mine has more volume to fight the wind. When we use both and the weather cooperates, there will be some coyotes going to doggy heaven. The thing with coyote hunting/calling is that you will not call them in more than you do. It takes allot of spots and patience. Just buying the caller isn't it. Setup is key. I used to use mouth calls allot and had succes but these remote callers are nice. I waisted money on a few other e-callers and was disappointed each time. So value is in the eye of the beholder I guess but I can tell you I have some fun with it. Oh ya can't leave out the mojo critter, we had a pair trying to kill it. It works!
