For you fellas using the mag well and floorplate for storage on restocked 700 MLs, what type of filler do you use to fill in the extra space and do you use some sort of cut outs in styrofoam to hold caps powder vials, or etc. ?

first off i bed over the magwell. I cut a styrofoam block to fill the area under the action and leave it down about 3/16-1/4" below the bottom of the action making sure all cracks are filled with putty and then bed over it. after the bedding dries the foam is removed and the area is cleaned up with a dremel and painted. you have a nice little box and the action has a full bed all the way across. the trigger area has to be filled with either foam or putty as well.. i will be doing some later next week and will post some pics of the process..
as far as storing powder /bullets/primers i use spent shell casings for powder and a small piece of foam to place on top to keep things quiet...
