Name is Pete and though I've been a member for a while, would like to shout out a HELLO! The info and help you guys give to all is great. I to have now caught the smokeless bug and thanks to a few guys, I'm on my way!! Guys..keep it up.

onthehunt...Hey Pete ! There are not to many smokeless shooters here in NJ. You don't see many Savage ML's in what few gun shops are here. Stay on the board...these boys have the answers and are more than happy to help in any way !! I think one of the Global Moderators is from NJ.

What part of the "wilds" are you from? The Pinelands or the mountains? I was born and raised and worked in Central NJ but live in NC now. Welcome aboard Richard

Thanks Ross lol. So true mrbuck. Rich, from Bergen cty, spent many hours at the "gap" hunting the mountains and trout fishing its streams.

The boys from '' out there '' may find it hard to believe but there are some real shooters in NJ. I have met some top benchrest shooters and I met a group of Savage smokeless shooters in North Carolina deer hunting that were from Cape May County. It's just that there are not that many of us left around ''these parts''. And we better stick together!!
