I believe it is the corbon 165 gr bullets.
The lightest weight commonly available are 185 gr in my experience.

Rusty, are you trying to find a load with lighter recoil? If so good success to you, but if you are going to shoot a diet of light bullets in the 1911 platform you might need to get a lighter recoil spring for the gun. They are not expensive and the guntechs at Brownells can steer you right.

Don't know what the competion boys shoot...match 185's? Nature of the beast...went out yesterday with my Rock Island .45, shot round nose, hp, all running 230 gr.
My reload manual says you can shoot light target loads with 5.1 grs of Hodgdon Titegroup with 185 gr semi-wadcutter.

Magsafe. Swat = 68gr, 2200+ fps; Defender = 96gr, 1600+ fps.
