"Q" reigned supreme this day! Nobody could touch him.I was very proud of him! Missouri kid-14-0=Maj.Dec. Georgia kid-12-0-Maj. Dec. Indiana kid- forfiet Indiana kid-4-1 and pinned in the first round for the Championship. The Indiana forfiet kid came to the table and said he was sick and would not wrestle.I took him for his word.I saw his Dad later and asked him how he was doing. He looked at me and started to say something and then told me the truth. His son was afraid to wrestle "Q".So he took the easy way out. This was a first at a high profile tournament.I felt sorry for him.The Dad that is.Following are some pics....BTW, this is the 3rd largest HS gym in the country.A very nice facility. The floor pic. was taken from the nose bleed section..LOL!
