Thanks for the reply Rick59 but that is even more than Savage wants. How much were the stocks from the factory? I'm also in the market for a new stock for mine right now, I was looking at some of the Richards Microfit stocks last night. www.rifle-stocks.com/

I have Savage 12 Laminated stock that should fit a nonaccutrigger MII 4 1/4 between mounting screws(short action) or with some wood fitting w/ a dermal I was told it would fit an accutrigger, $150 to your door (I was going to put it on my sons gun but he didn't want the extra weight) AS said it will need to be fitted for an accutrigger(ask richard) It is a USED stock and the last photo show some scratches that can be sanded out.

A friend of mine as one that is in excellent shape non-thumbhole. It has been bedded. Said he would take $160. I can get you some pics of it over the weekend if you would like. He's selling the complete gun (synthetic/blue) and the stock as extra.

Are you still looking for a new stock? I have a brand new 10ml-II w/ thumbhole stock still in the box that I would sell the stock if you can use it. $210 shipped US. It is a Gen3 model so the bolt spacing is 4.40in., the Gen2 models have a 4.27in. spacing.
