I'll ask God to give you renewed strength Brad....
I have found that it is sometimes helpfull to here the stories of others when things are really bad so I will tell you what happened to a childhood friend of mine 18 months ago. His mother was dieing of cancer and his wife had been taking care of her but within a few months his mother was gone. The funeral for his mother was about to start and Dicky was nowhere to be seen. He showed up as we were carring his mother to the herse and told me that Debbie (his wife) had died that morning of a massive heart attack. Less then 6 months later his dad also died leaving just him and his 18 yr old son. This man to the best of my knowledge is not saved and I am still not sure how he made it threw all this without Gods help. I keep in contact with him and have said many prayers for him. Hopefully one day he will except Christ.
I hope and pray your sorrow will be short lived. Trust in the Load, he will renew your strength.

My outlook based on a long life of experience may seem odd to many. I have come to know that when you live a normal lifespan you are going to lose to death many friends and family members. Example: I had to suffer the loss of my parents, grandparents and all my brothers and my one sister. These deaths are a normal course of events the living must endure. My thinking is that it is obviously Gods will that these events take place. For this reason my prayer for myself is asking God to give me the strength to accept His Will being done. It is very tough to give up those you love but I accept it is nothing I have caused and that The Most High God rules in that department. My job is to accept His actions and to be strong for those who remain behind. No need to scold me or try to change my views. I have to believe my way to make it through the valleys of life. Ben

Brad
I can’t consider this a rant in any way. To me it’s expressing grief from pain of loss. You have sought the right source for comfort and renewed strength. The road to recovery is not easy with any shortcut available to lessen the painful feelings of loss but there will be a time when the woe will diminish and only memories will remain.
God Bless
Ed
