DEER JERKY
1/2 cup liquid smoke 3 cups soy sauce 1/2 lb. brown sugar 4 lbs. deer
mix liquid smoke, soy sauce and brown sugar. let stand for 5 minutes. then place in bowl with tight seal, let stand 10 minutes, while you are cutting up the deer. place deer into the marinade, secure lid and let stand about 10 minutes, shaking bowl and turning it every few minutes to cover all pieces equally. drain in colander, place on trays and dry in dehydrator. set vents on top and bottom fully open. normal drying time 24 to 48 hours ;D
