As I look back over the years I remember as if it was yesterday so many first times. Killing that first squirrel, that first rabbit track up in the snow and shot with that .22. That first coonhunt alone in the night with just my dogs and my light locating the eyes of spiders and how beautiful the webs of spiders were with the light shining on the collected dew. And then that first deer taken with different rifles. So many first between the thurty thurty and the MLII. That first bear, that first gobbler and my first of both with a crossbow. My first plane ride, ship ride and the first time I had to speak before a group. My first experience drinking a beer.My first ffishing trip. Is it just me who sees all these firsts as wonderful memories? Or is it a universal thing? When you take a youngster out to shoot or hunt for their first time you are creating a memory that will be there for their lifetime. Wow, life is amazing. Ozark

I miss that first time feeling. I'm too much like Clint Eastwood shooting deer now. I miss the days of shooting like Barney Fife. ;D Steve

Clint Eastwood killing deer? Hmmmm. Go ahead....take another step....make my season. Cool and calculated after decades of polishing skills and weapons. Yeah....2nd's 3rd's and 75th's can do that to a guy. ;D
